Our customer originally purchased the Tracker system to identify when workers begin their work day and when they stop work - basically as a check on their time cards.

The GM says he was monitoring the progress of one of his crews operating a large six-wheel road grader and couldn't believe it when he saw one of his operators driving the piece of heavy equipment off the jobsite and down the highway to a convenience store!

He immediately called the operator on his cell phone and asked why he was driving the road grader down the street. The operator said he forgot his lunch and was hungry! The manager ordered the operator to drive the equipment back to the jobsite. It turned out to be a good thing because just after the equipment was back at the site an inspector showed up. Since you can't be at every jobsite at the same time, it really pays to use the Tracker System!
