We are offering a fully FMCSA-certified Hours of Service (HOS) / Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Solution.
Tools To Manage Your Fleet
The Back Office Portal
The system comes with a web-based interface where management can access controls and synchronized data from each driver’s mobile logbook application. Multiple users with a varied range of access can use the portal to manage, customize, and analyze the Hours of Service. The portal has the following sections:
Drivers
Displays driver’s availability and current status along with last contact and position info, drive, shift and cycle time left, gain time, violation info, and number of uncertified logs.
Violations
Shows all violations for the date range selected. A Documents and Notes section has all the uploaded driver violation documents.
Reports
Displays Hours and Miles, Edit Logs, Multiple Driver Logs, DVIR, Hours Worked, IFTA, and ELD CSV Output File. Option to export as PDF or Excel format.
Malfunctions and Data Diagnostics
Identifies when an ELD malfunction or data diagnostic event is detected or cleared by the ELD. These are inconsistencies found while monitoring the app against the FMCSA compliance requirements.
Logs
Presents the information relevant to the driving history such as driving events, grid chart, vehicle info, incurred violations. Personal use and yard moves are displayed in dashed and dotted amber lines on the grid. Edits can be made here.
Unidentified Driving
Displays all ELD records logged under the Unidentified Driver profile that need to be reassigned to the correct driver.
DVIR History
DVIR History – shows all inspections performed by the drivers. If there are any action items, a pencil icon appears to show the details.
